Giving is in the very heart of what St. Nicholas Church is all about. Here are some additional details for you to consider.
Can I schedule recurring donations?
Absolutely. Many members of the St. Nicholas family find it helpful to schedule their offerings through Realm. By setting up a recurring donation, you provide our parish with steady, predictable support to fund our ministries and maintain our beautiful church. You can set up recurring gifts for General Stewardship, Building Funds, or other specific ministries directly on our giving page.
Note: If you need to make changes to an existing recurring gift, simply log into your Realm account and click on the "Giving" tab to manage your scheduled donations.
Will I still receive a contribution statement?
Yes. You can access your giving history and download your official tax statements at any time through the Realm Connect app or by logging into your Realm profile on a desktop. Simply navigate to the "Giving" tab to view your records and print your statement.
If you prefer a physical copy or need assistance accessing your digital statement, please feel free to contact the Church Office. Our staff is happy to print one for you or mail it to your home.
What if I change banks?
If your financial information changes, you can easily update your payment method through the Realm Connect app or website:
Log in to your Realm profile.
Go to the "Giving" section and select "Manage Payment Methods."
Add your new bank account or card information.
Update your active recurring gift to use the new payment method and delete the old one.
Need a hand? If you find the digital update a bit tricky, don't worry. Just give the Church Office a call, and we can help guide you through the process or update the record for you to ensure your stewardship continues without interruption.
Is online giving secure?
Yes, absolutely. We take the security of your financial information very seriously. Our giving platform, Realm, uses bank-level encryption (SSL) to protect your data. St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church never sees or stores your full credit card or bank account numbers; all processing is handled through a secure, PCI-compliant gateway. This is the same level of security used by major banks and online retailers to ensure your information stays private and protected.
